The Story

I work full-time at Dingwall Guitars, a small company in Saskatchewan that makes bass guitars. We had a problem: missed calls and a phone tree that didn't help anyone.

"Press 1 for sales, press 2 for repairs." But what if you're a customer who just wants to talk to someone? What if you don't know which department you need? You'd guess wrong, get transferred, leave a voicemail, maybe never hear back.

So I built an AI receptionist that actually talks to callers. Asks what they need. Figures out who can help. Transfers them directly or takes a real message. It's been handling our calls ever since.
